Online Optimism is where I learned to love design. During my 8-year tenure at the agency, I had the opportunity to build a design team from the ground up, to expand our services, and lead design projects for all of our clients.
As the leader of the design team, I was tasked with overseeing our brand identity and building upon it.

The Online Optimism brand is always in evolution. During my time there, we expanded our design language with custom illustrations, bold colors, and a focus on accessibility.

Each year I was tasked with creating our holiday card, which gave me the opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies, including Augmented Reality and AI.

As the agency grew, so did our need for office space. In collaboration with artists, craftspeople, and architects, we transformed a blank canvas into a dynamic, physical representation of the brand. I had the opportunity to design a mural, signage, furnishings, a studio space, and other elements of the office.

As part of my role, I collaborated with department leaders and my team to develop photography standards, social media templates, collateral, merchandise, and fun ways our staff could show their optimism.
